Payments

We accept payments via secure and trusted gateways, including PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation by contacting our support team at support@jacketx.com.
Cancellations will not be accepted for orders that have already been processed, shipped, or cleared through customs.
For orders that cannot be canceled, customers must accept delivery and, if necessary, return the product under our Refund & Return Policy.

Order Acceptance & Payment

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing. However, in the case of an error:
- If the correct price is lower than the listed price, we will refund the difference after shipping.
- If the correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact the customer before proceeding. If no response is received, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Payment Currency

Online payments are accepted in USD via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.
For transactions in other currencies, charges will be converted to the equivalent USD amount based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of purchase. Exchange rates may vary daily.

Users & Accounts

Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.
Minors under 18 years old are not permitted to register or make purchases on our website.
