Free Shipping

At JACKET X, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We know receiving your items quickly matters, so we process every order with urgency and care.

Delivery Time

Regular Size Orders – Made to order and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Prime Products (In Stock) – Ready for immediate dispatch and shipped the next business day after order placement.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier speed.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship to most countries across the globe, except:
Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Courier Service

To ensure premium service, all orders are shipped through trusted express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and similar. We reserve the right to select the courier best suited for your delivery.

APO/PO Box Addresses

For security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.

Duties & Customs

If an item is shipped from our international factory/warehouse, it will be sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Complimentary Items

Orders exceeding 10 products will not include complimentary items by default. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of our customer support team.

Other Policies

Once payment is received, customers will receive order confirmation by email.
After shipping, a tracking number will be provided. Customers are responsible for following up with the courier regarding delivery status.
If the courier fails to deliver due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect address, and the parcel is destroyed by the courier after multiple attempts, JACKET X will not be held responsible.
Multiple orders to the same address may be combined into one shipment at our discretion unless otherwise instructed.
