1. Does JACKET X charge for delivery in the USA?
No, all orders within the USA are shipped free of charge. For international orders, shipping is also free, but customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

2. How many days does delivery take?

  • Regular made-to-order items: 2–4 business days for production + 3–5 business days for delivery.

  • Prime in-stock items: Shipped the next business day, delivery in 3–5 business days.

3. Are the product pictures genuine?
Yes, all product images displayed on our website are of actual JACKET X products. We use real photography to ensure what you see is what you receive.

4. How can I report a faulty or defective product?
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@jacketx.com within 2 business days of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. What is the estimated delivery date?
Estimated delivery depends on your location and chosen product. After your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number with the expected delivery date.

6. How many days is the money-back guarantee?

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

8. How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation by contacting us at support@jacketx.com. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Are your sizes true to the size chart?
Yes, our jackets are designed according to our official size chart. We recommend checking the chart carefully before placing your order for the best fit.
